Centro Apartment Homes participates in the Pet Appreciation with Sequoia (PAWS) program. The maximum adoption fee reimbursement is $250. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 90 days of adoption. All dog breeds are accepted; see office staff for details.
We partner with an innovative company called which has effectively reduced and even eliminated un-scooped dog waste around the community, keeping our pets and residents happier and healthier.
Pet Rent: $25/month, per pet
Pet Deposit: $200 per pet (refundable)
